Refund Policy

At Quranic Center, we want you to feel confident and comfortable. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled in a fair, simple, and transparent way.

1. Free Trial

Your 3-day trial is completely free — there is no charge and therefore nothing to refund. It’s our way of letting you experience our teaching with no risk.

2. Monthly Fees

Regular classes are billed monthly in advance, based on your chosen plan on the Fee Plan page.

3. When You Can Request a Refund

• If you cancel before any classes have started in a new billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund of that cycle.
• If a paid class could not be delivered due to a technical or scheduling failure on our side, you may request a refund or a free replacement class.
• Unused classes in a cycle can usually be carried over as credit to the next month.

4. Non-Refundable

• Classes that have already been delivered
• Classes missed without prior notice (no-shows)

5. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

In many cases, the easiest solution is simply to reschedule. If you miss a class due to a genuine reason and inform us in advance, we will do our best to arrange a make-up class.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@quraniccenter.com with your name, registered email/phone, and the reason for your request. Please submit within 7 days of the charge.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
