1. Our Services

Quranic Center provides one-to-one online Quran and Islamic studies classes for children and adults, delivered live through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp, with qualified male and female tutors.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can experience our teaching before committing. The trial is completely free and carries no obligation to continue.

3. Registration & Accurate Information

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (including a parent’s details for any student under 18) and to keep it up to date so we can schedule and deliver classes properly.

4. Fees & Payment

• Monthly fees are based on your chosen plan, shown on our Fee Plan page.
• Fees are billed in advance for each cycle and processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• We aim to keep pricing fair and transparent; any changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Scheduling, Attendance & Rescheduling

Class times are agreed with your tutor around your time zone. If you need to reschedule or cannot attend, please inform us in advance. Repeated missed classes without notice may affect your reserved time slot.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful, safe, and supportive learning environment. Students, parents, and tutors are all expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during classes and communication.

7. Intellectual Property

Any learning materials we share are for your personal educational use only. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our permission.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your classes at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with care and professionalism, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet outages or third-party platform issues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Quranic Center is based.
