Child Safety Policy

Many of our students are children, and their safety is our highest priority. This Child Safety Policy explains the steps Quranic Center takes to protect every child who learns with us and to give parents complete peace of mind.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing online learning environment. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, neglect, or inappropriate behaviour towards children.

2. Safe Recruitment of Tutors

• Tutors are carefully selected for their qualifications, character, and experience.
• Backgrounds and references are checked before a tutor joins us.
• All tutors are made aware of and agree to follow this Child Safety Policy.

3. Safeguards During One-to-One Classes

• Parents are welcome to sit in on, observe, or monitor any class at any time.
• Classes can be recorded on request, subject to platform availability.
• Tutors maintain professional, respectful conduct at all times.

4. Online Safety

Classes are held on secure, trusted platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. Tutors do not share private personal contact details with children or arrange contact outside our official channels.

5. Appropriate Communication

All communication about a child’s learning takes place through official channels and with full parental awareness. Tutors are expected to keep conversation focused on learning and to behave respectfully at all times.

6. Parental Involvement

We actively encourage parents to stay involved — to know their child’s class times, follow their progress reports, and share any concerns with us. Strong parent partnership is one of our best safeguards.

Any tutor or individual found to have behaved inappropriately towards a child will face immediate action, including removal from our platform and, where necessary, referral to the relevant authorities.
